Fernán has more than 22 years of professional consulting experience, and has worked with various industries in Latin America, supporting senior management and boards of directors in the alignment of strategy and IT. The last two years have fostered the adoption of artificial intelligence and
digital transformation in Latin America.
Fernán has led workshops on strategic thinking, performance management systems, change management and transformational leadership, and has experience in talent management, organizational development, customer experience, process improvement, products, channels and segments. Plus
recently in strategy and adoption of disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence, RPA, IoT, blockchain and innovation initiatives.
Fernán has given several talks aimed at different industries such as financial services, legal innovation, technology and artificial intelligence. He has also written several articles, on adoption of change, management of
performance, digital transformation, digital government and artificial intelligence.

He is currently Associate Director of Digital Transformation and Business Strategy at Bac & Asociados, and a member of the board of directors of Teensmart, an NGO dedicated to health and education for young people at social risk in Latam. He has held positions in Cognitiva as Director of Consulting for Latin America, Founding Partner of Perseus Consulting Group,
Consultant for Mastercard Advisors, Associate Partner of GBM Consulting and KPMG.

He was president of ASEGIRE, the first compliance unit for electronic waste management in Latam.
Fernán lived in Canada and currently lives in Costa Rica. He has participated in projects in the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean,
Panama, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru.
Fernán is an Industrial Engineer with deep knowledge in ABC Costing, Balanced Scorecard and transformational leadership.
